Game contact privacy

The game room’s contact form is optional. You can play without sending us your name or email.

What you send

We collect your name, email, and any company name or message you provide. We also record when the request arrived and your agreement to be contacted. Please leave sensitive personal information out of your message.

How we use it

Mike uses your details to respond to your request about the games, team training, or operations support. This form does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Where it goes

Your request is saved in Buoyant Operations’ Netlify storage and emailed to Mike through Resend. These services process the information to host the form, store requests, and deliver the notification. Netlify also processes connection information, including IP addresses, for security and request limits. Contact details are not displayed publicly.

Keeping and removing requests

We keep requests while needed to respond and manage the resulting conversation. To ask for a copy, correction, or removal of your request, email mike@buoyantops.com. We do not sell your contact information.

Your game progress

Game progress is saved separately in your browser when browser storage is available. The contact form does not send your game progress or create an account.
