Command Center · For contractors

Your software should fit how you already run jobs — not the other way round.

Command Center is an all-in-one CRM built around your company. Your job stages. Your crew permissions. Your words in the dropdowns. One flat plan, unlimited users, no per-seat bill that grows every time you hire.

  • Built by someone who ran operations at a flooring company — not a software salesperson
  • Unlimited users. No per-seat pricing, ever.
  • Implementation can be financed; maintenance includes every new release
  • Starts with a free Ops Clarity Assessment — no obligation, no demo gauntlet

Why contractors outgrow their software

Two bad options, and most shops are stuck with one of them.

Either you pay per seat for a platform designed for someone else’s business, or you run the whole company out of spreadsheets, texts and one person’s memory. Both cost more than they look like they do.

01

The seat tax

Every new hire raises the bill. So you don’t give the field crew logins, and the office ends up re-keying everything the crew already knew on site.

02

Someone else’s workflow

Generic CRMs ship with generic stages. You bend your process to fit the dropdowns, or you leave half the fields blank and the reporting turns to mush.

03

Nothing talks

Estimating, scheduling, the field, invoicing and training all live in different tools. The glue holding them together is a person typing the same thing four times.

Who builds it

“I built this because I needed it. I spent years running operations at a flooring company, and every piece of software we tried was built by people who had never scheduled a crew.”
Mike BobayBusiness analyst and founder, Buoyant Operations · Virginia Beach, VA

That’s the actual difference here. You’re not being sold a platform by a rep working from a script — you’re talking to the person who will design the system, who has run the job you’re describing, and who already knows the difference between a change order and a punch list.

The first conversation is a free Ops Clarity Assessment. No slide deck. We map where your jobs leak time, and you get that map whether or not you ever buy anything.

What “built around your business” means

We configure it in your language before you ever log in.

This isn’t a template with your logo dropped in the corner. Before handover, the platform is loaded with how your company actually works.

Your words in every dropdownJob stages, service types, material categories and status labels use the terms your crew already says out loud. Nobody has to translate.
Laborer permissions that make senseField crews see today’s job, the scope and the photos they need to upload. They don’t see margin, payroll or the customer’s pricing.
Training built inAn LMS holds your onboarding, safety docs and how-we-do-it-here videos, so a new hire ramps on your standards instead of shadowing whoever’s free.
Your real workflow, wired upEstimating through scheduling, field reporting, invoicing and follow-up in one system — connected the way your jobs actually move, not the way a generic CRM assumes.

What it costs

One build fee. One flat plan. No seat tax.

Straight numbers, because you shouldn’t have to sit through a demo to find out whether this is in your range.

Step one · the build
From $10,000 — financing available
  • Discovery of how your company actually runs
  • Platform configured in your language and stages
  • Crew permissions and role structure set up
  • Your data migrated in
  • Team training and go-live support
  • First year of platform access and support included
Step two · ongoing
Flat monthly — after year one
  • Unlimited users — add the whole crew, price doesn’t move
  • Every new release as it ships, included
  • Hosting, backups and monitoring
  • Ongoing support from the person who built it
  • No contract lock-in
Run the numbers against per-seat software

A 15-person crew on a typical $50-per-user platform is around $9,000 a year — and it climbs every time you hire. Command Center doesn’t move when your headcount does.

Straight answers

The questions contractors actually ask.

How long until we’re actually using it?

It depends on how much of your process needs mapping and how much data comes across. That’s one of the things the free assessment is for — you get a real timeline before you commit to anything, not a sales estimate.

Will my field guys actually use it?

That’s the reason for the permission structure. A laborer opens it and sees today’s job, the scope, and what to upload — not a dashboard built for an office manager. If the field view takes more than a minute to understand, it’s built wrong.

We’ve been burned by software before.

Usually by buying a platform and being left to configure it. Here the configuration is the product — it’s set up around your business before handover, and the person who built it is the person who answers when something needs changing.

Can we finance the build?

Yes. The implementation fee can be financed so it lands as a monthly cost instead of one hit up front. We’ll walk through the options on the call.

What if we want to leave?

No lock-in contract on the ongoing plan, and your data is yours. Ask about export on the call and you’ll get a straight answer.

We’re not a flooring company.

Flooring is where the operational experience comes from, but the build is shaped around whatever trade you’re in. Roofing, HVAC, electrical, concrete, restoration, GC — the process of mapping how you work and configuring around it is the same.

Find out what your operation is actually losing.

The Ops Clarity Assessment is free and there’s nothing to sign. Worst case, you get an honest map of where your jobs leak time — and you keep it either way.
